1. Using the service
By accessing or using Momokha, you agree to these terms. Services, delivery areas, operating hours, menu items and prices may vary by outlet and availability.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate details and keeping your login secure. Do not misuse another person's account, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access.
3. Orders and pricing
An order is accepted after confirmation by Momokha or the assigned outlet. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, an address is outside the delivery area, or pricing is clearly incorrect. Taxes, packaging and delivery charges are shown where applicable.
4. Payment
Available payment methods may include cash, wallet or online payment. A transaction may be cancelled or held where payment verification fails or fraud is suspected.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation may not be possible after food preparation begins. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method or another agreed method and may take the payment provider's normal processing time.
6. Food, allergens and images
Product images are illustrative. Ingredients, portion appearance and availability may vary. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should review available allergen information and contact the outlet before ordering. “Maida-free” refers to the wrapper recipe used for designated products; cross-contact may be possible in a shared kitchen.
7. Offers and wallet
Coupons, rewards and wallet credits may have eligibility, validity and usage limits. They have no cash value unless expressly stated and may be withdrawn in cases of misuse.
8. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Momokha is not responsible for indirect loss, service interruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, or misuse of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts having lawful jurisdiction over the relevant Momokha operating entity or outlet.
